Thomas Pepe, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Pepe As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Validas Inc., Mr. Pepe, is taking his vision of enterprise portals delivered in a software as a service (SAAS) model to the market. In this role, Mr. Pepe will define the overall company strategy and set standards in the on-demand portal space. Prior to founding Validas Inc., From December 1997 to July 2007, Mr. Pepe held technical, sales and senior management positions at Verizon Wireless. He was instrumental in driving sales and revenue across different markets in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Farleigh Dickinson University.

Todd Dunphy, Co-Founder, President

Todd Dunphy As President and Co-Founder of Validas Inc., Mr. Dunphy's core responsibility is to oversee the customer experience by improving the Validas product line and support. Prior to Validas Inc. and from June 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Dunphy served in various sales positions at Verizon Wireless, starting in retail, moving to corporate sales, then into management and finally finishing in data sales. Mr. Dunphy's vision is derived from his detailed understanding of the sales process from the customers perspective. His relentless desire to do what is right for the customer is the heart and soul behind the Validas platform. Mr. Dunphy graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science from The University of New Hampshire.

Jeremy Groh, Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of Validas Inc., Mr. Groh's role is to align technology vision with the business strategy by integrating the company processes with the appropriate technologies. Mr. Groh is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the company, overseeing all technical resources and IT employees of the company as well as the development and creation of the Validas website. Prior to joining Validas, Mr. Groh worked at Tyco Electronics for 5 years in various positions. Mr. Groh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Phoenix. He also holds two Associate Degrees, one in Electrical Engineering Technology from The Pennsylvania State University and the other in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.

Dave Chalmers, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Validas Inc., Mr. Chalmers creative and developmental programs play an essential role in managing client teams. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Chalmers served as Vice President at Research In Motion (RIM) where he successfully managed day to day RIM operations for nine international CDMA Telecommunication Carriers (from Canada to Venezuela) resulting in revenue into the hundreds of millions annually. He led all marketing, sales and technical commitments for these international partners. Mr. Chalmers holds a degree from Laurentian University/Universit Laurentienne.
